This UV protected plastic nameplate comes in four different sizes. The corners are square. 

This plate is primarily designed for Outdoor urns such as the Large & X-Large Rock Urns.

Each nameplate comes with double-sided tape on the back so you can easily attach it to almost any surface (wood, metal, plastic, ceramic etc.)

We can engrave up to 4 lines of text with about 25 actual characters allowed per line.
